Fortexa Security Solutions ships security and low-voltage equipment across Canada.

Order processing

Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order or invoice is confirmed.

Delivery time

Standard transit time within Canada is typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. Remote regions may take longer.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping for eligible small in-stock hardware may be available within Canada starting at $25 CAD, unless otherwise shown on the invoice/estimate. Shipping costs, delivery method, and delivery time are confirmed before payment. Large, heavy, special-order, or project-based equipment may have shipping, delivery, or installation costs quoted separately.

Local pickup & delivery

Customers in the Greater Montreal area can arrange local pickup or local delivery and installation. Contact us to coordinate.

Order tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships, where the carrier supports it.
